product description

Measurement Specialists Inc, dba National Scale Technology, manufactures single-ended and double-ended beam load cell weighing module assemblies optimized to weigh between 1,000 pounds through 1,000,000 LBS for axial compression and tension applications. On-site electrical engineers and technicians allow for customized bridge, excitation, output, and wiring configurations.

Beam weigh modules are self-centering, self-checking assemblies featuring an integrated shear beam load cell and mounting hardware such as steel plates. Thanks to their overload and overlift protection, Measurement Specialists’ weigh modules are great for stable measurements in intensive agricultural, food and beverage, and medical and pharmaceutical industrial processes. MSNST manufactures mounting assemblies interchangeable with most other force measurement brands – consistently reporting higher performance metrics in terms of accuracy and durability.

MSNST has been a provider and distributor of weighing solutions across the world for 40 years now, and carries discontinued single-ended and double-ended beam-style load cells customizable to fit any weighing module mounting assembly.

Specifications reflect beam or cantilever-style load cells either currently in stock, or previously engineered and ready-to-assemble, as of August 2022. Accuracy data based on full-scale output readings upon completion of production, which is an average 6–8 weeks period for new load cells. Pricing available for off-the-shelf MSNST #33XXXXX and #34XXXXX mounting assemblies.
